1. Shipping Locations:
We ship within Europe as well as to some countries outside of Europe. If you wish to order outside of Europe, please contact us here.

2. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

3. Delivery Times:
Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and season. Total delivery time, considering processing + shipping, takes 5-8 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Free shipping in Europe and Canada. 

5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

6. Customs and Duties:
Customers outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs, duties and taxes are included in the price for Canada.

7. Issues with Your Order:
