Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange Policy:
If you’d like to exchange an unworn item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@esamywear.com including your order number in the subject line. We will cover the return cost of the item you wish to exchange as well as the shipping cost of the new item within Europe. 

Outside of Europe return postage is the customer's responsibility. Shipping cost for the new item is on us.

2. Return Policy:
We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer free return shipping within Europe. 

Outside of Europe return postage is the customer's responsibility.

3. Eligibility for Returns or Exchnages:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and hygiene strips intact attached.
  • Swimwear must not show signs of wear, such as makeup or deodorant stains.
  • We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

4. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@esamywear.com including your order number in the subject line to request a return. 
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email you receive from info@esamywear, as returns are handled differently in different countries. For returns outside of Europe: as the return postage is paid by you, you are free to select the shipping company and method that suit you.
  4. Drop off the package at the parcel shop for your courier. Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your returns.

5. Return Shipping Costs:
We take over the return shipping costs (within Europe), as we want you to feel confident to try out our designs. 

Outside of Europe return postage is the customer's responsibility.

6. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
