1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS to XL. Please refer to the Size & Fit section, available on each product page for detailed measurements or go to the Size Guide here . If you need any help deciding which size will fit you, do not hesitate to contact Evi, the founder, over email, chat or Instagram at @esamywear

2. How do I care for my swimwear?
To keep your swimwear in top condition, rinse it with fresh water after each use, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and hand wash with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.

3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn and have the original tags attached. For more details, check our Returns & Exchanges page.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Europe-wide! We also ship to some countries outside of the EU. If you are located outside of Europe and interested in purchasing - contact us.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

6. Are your swimwear products sustainable?
We are committed to sustainability and offer only eco-friendly swimwear made with recycled materials, produced in the EU. Check out our About ESAMY page to know more.

7. How do I choose the right style for my body type?
All our pieces are designed to highlight the best of the female shape. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service for personalized advice!

Currently, we are an online-only store, but we are working on expanding to physical locations. Stay tuned for updates!

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and more.

12. What are your business hours?
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 CET, but we typically are available for our clients also on weekends and after hours. We aim to provide customer support, which is as high quality as our products.
