Esamy Ltd., located at ul. Slivnitsa 4, 4400 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria, acts as Esamy International's representative for personal data protection purposes in the European Union, as well as a data processor on behalf of and under the instructions of Esamy for customer support and Esamy Call Center management.
3. What personal data is processed? For what purpose?
Generally, visiting the Website does not involve the collection, processing, and use of personal data from users. The processing of personal data from merely visiting the Website is limited to so-called "surfing data," i.e., data that must be transmitted to the Website to ensure the operation of the information systems managing the Website, or whose transmission is a prerequisite for using internet-based communication protocols.
