Returns and Exchanges

1. Return Policy:
We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer free return shipping.

2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and hygiene strips intact attached.
  • Swimwear must not show signs of wear, such as makeup or deodorant stains.
  • We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@esamywear.com including your order number in the subject line to request a return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Print the return label and securely attach it to the packaging.
  4. Drop off the package at the parcel shop for your courier (courier name is on the return label). Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
We take over the return shipping costs, as we want you to feel confident to try out our innovative designs. 

5. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@esamywear.com and place a new order for the desired item. We will cover the return cost of the item you wish to exchange.

7. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
