Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Policy:
We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer free return shipping.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and hygiene strips intact attached.
- Swimwear must not show signs of wear, such as makeup or deodorant stains.

3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@esamywear.com including your order number in the subject line to request a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Print the return label and securely attach it to the packaging.
- Drop off the package at the parcel shop for your courier (courier name is on the return label). Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
We take over the return shipping costs, as we want you to feel confident to try out our innovative designs.
5. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@esamywear.com and place a new order for the desired item. We will cover the return cost of the item you wish to exchange.
7. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
